Jay S. Ginsburg

Jay S. Ginsburg has been practicing real estate law in the Houston area for over 40 years. His practice includes closing a large number of real estate transactions on behalf of Chicago Title Insurance Company, one of the nation’s leading title insurers. He has been involved in the title insurance industry for over 40 years.

Jay is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law. Jay received both his Bachelor of Arts and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston, and stands today as one of the university’s proudest alumni. High points of his service at the school include a term as president of the UH Alumni Association and an adjunct professorship with the UH Law Center, where he taught advanced real estate law courses. Jay’s dedication to the University of Houston has been recognized with the Order of the Barons law school honor and the John Van Ness Award for Outstanding Service. And his seats at Cougar football and basketball games are basically reserved for life.

A native Texan, Jay and his wife Beverly live in Bellaire.
