I hired Mr. Havins to help me because he was referred to me by a friend and I looked at the Havins Law Firm online to see what kind of cases he handles. I went in for an appointment and I had... a meeting with Mr. Havins and his staff. His office was very impressive and you can see a great view of Houston from the conference room where I met with him and his employees. He has large staff, with several attorneys working for him and they were very good to me. He explained what I should expect from the case and I had an opportunity to ask questions and get answers. I had to file a claim against the insurance company, but they denied my claim and didn’t even want to pay for my medical bills. Mr. Havins sent a letter to the insurance company asking them to pay for my medical bills and the pain that I experienced from this accident and my lost wages, but they said my medical bills were too high. My attorney took my case to court and he asked for money for my medical expenses and injuries from the jury. I met with him and his staff many times and I was always told what was going on.
