Tom Austin handled the guardianship case from r our special needs daughter. He was very informative and told us exactly what we needed to do. He was ALWAYS available to answer and questions and even remarks need us of her follow up a year later. He even paid to file a court document out of his own... pocket because we didn’t have the cash on hand. Although it was just a small fee and we paid him right back, I can’t imagine any other attorney doing that! He is professional and personable. We felt like he genuinely cared about our daughter and her case. We will always be appreciate of what Tom Austin has done for our family !!!
