You're in great hands with Suzanne!

Suzanne came highly recommended to me by several people. I hired her a year ago to help me with setting up visitation and child support for my then five month old son. She made sure that I got the visitation schedule that I was comfortable with since my son was so young. She was able to ease my fears... and help me understand what I was and wasn't entitled to. She is aggressive and will fight for you and your child! That is exactly the kind of attorney I wanted and Suzanne didn't disappoint. After everything was settled and filed with the courts, she has still helped with issues or questions that have came up. After my experience with Suzanne, I have referred her to others who have also had great experiences. If I ever need a family attorney again, I will without a doubt use Suzanne.

Highly Recommend

I hired Suzanne to represent me in modifying custody and enforcing child support. She’s very informative and listens. What I thought was going to be a long drawn out process ended up being quick and painless thanks to her quick response time and expertise. I will definitely use her in the future if n...eeded and highly recommend her.

Horrible!!

Suzanne was horrible to deal with! She went months with keeping me in the dark and not responding to emails when I would ask for updates. My case was not about child support or custody, but something worse and I asked her to modify child support since I had never done that before. She waited to modif...y until day of mediation and ex was able to negotiate his child support amount when a full discovery was not done. She then tried to ask for more money in order to complete my order and tried to withdraw from my case, but judge ordered her to finish my case and then allowed her to withdraw. She does not have the clients best interest at heart and is unethical and charges way more than she is worth. DO NOT USE HER!!!

Does not have your best interest in mind

I had all the documents together and organized to make an enforcement/modification suit easy for her. I walked out of mediation with a judgement for half of the $51K that were owed to me by the ex and my children having been hung out to dry. She continuously cut me down in mediation in front of the... mediator and made me feel stupid. She definitely did not represent me completely as when I went to sign the final order, a long distance travel clause I had never seen before was added because it was in the mediated settlement agreement. Not to mention, she insisted on writing the final order and charged me over 5 hours for her to do it, not the paralegal, and it was mostly standard verbiage. Suzanne Loudin is a terrible lawyer. Stay away.

Not one to fight for a wife's rights

I hired Suzanne to represent me in my divorce. I would never recommend her to another. Many of the items I wanted included in the decree were ignored. I do not at all feel that Suzanne had my best interests in mind during negotiations but rather was interested in the speediest settlement. My ex makes... a considerable salary and is paying less child support than men making a quarter of that salary.
