This is Patti Zamarron. I went to the EEOC about racial, disability, age, ethnicity issues occurring at the store that I used to work at. I now work at a different store. I now have a letter from EEOC stating I have 90 days to seek an attorney. I have a lot of validation. Videos, taped reprimanding...s, 8-10 witnesses, documents that have false information and taped phone calls. Can you handle this huge situation. It is with Kroger. I need help and advice. I am 64 years old, female, Hispanic, disabled in a wheelchair 90% of the time. I feel the EEOC did not take it seriously every time I tried to send them letters I never received any responses. I told them I have much more verification and validation and the EEOC counselor Miss Blackshear never would help me download it.
