David Michael Mathews

With 14 years of experience, I have a diverse background of litigation including complex employment litigation, civil litigation, family law, and mediation. I work hard with my clients, and for my clients, to help determine their best course of action, and I believe it's not necessary to compromise professionalism or common courtesy in order to aggressively advocate for clients. Whether the end result is through settlement, bench trial, or jury trial, one of my most valuable strengths is the ability to synthesize relevant facts and law to analyze the possible outcomes for my clients and to communicate that analysis in a way that allows my clients to understand their situation. In family law cases in particular, I strongly believe that the best outcome is one that allows for an amicable settlement between parties, however if that is not possible, I am always ready, willing, and capable of advocating for my clients in the courtroom.
