Bruce Allen Buskirk

I hired Bruce last year and have documents showing I did to work on my child support case. I first called him and met up with him for an appt at his office which he requested $1000 up front to get started on my case which I gave him and regretted. He started off asking me for so much info at first wh...ich I gave him what I had he followed up a couple times after that which I had to take my time to find my kids address and school, etc.. he still failed to help me I gave him about 6 months he disappeared and did not contact me further.. I will never give another attorney that much money up front again... He was very rude from the jump and charged my card an extra $32 without my consent and acted like it wasn't a big deal.. I gave him the benefit of doubt and regret it.. He will lose more in the long run for doing people like this.

Hired him and his JOKE of a law firm for a family dispute. He did everything to impress us during the initial consultation. After that its been loss after loss in court with excuse after excuse from Bruce Buskirk. He's only in it for his own interests. Word of advice, look elsewhere for a reputable a...ttorney. I sure as heck will not be hiring him or recommending him to anyone.

I hired Bruce during my divorce which quickly turned ugly. Our children were involved in a custody battle between my ex and I and Bruce quickly got on the case and helped us figure out a civil way for custody of our children. If it werent for Bruce, I am not sure how long this divorce would have be...en drawn out. He has a great team behind him that are readily available to help you. I would absolutely recommend Bruce to anyone going through a divorce.

Bruce and his staff helped me with one of the most excruciating divorce/custody battles known to man. Not only was he and his staff timely, but they also did everything in the best interest of my child. He listened to me and to the facts of the case. His staff is always available and are extremely he...lpful. I have been with Bruce and his staff for 2 years now and he is still fighting to make sure that my son is taken care of. He was able to work through issues with the opposing parties inability to maintain an attorney, and yet he still won my case for me and my son. Bruce and his staff go beyond the call of duty and he and his staff were awesome. They are all friendly and outgoing and very receptive. He is an awesome Lawyer and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
