Adam Looney is a Houston area native where he has lived and practiced his entire career. After graduating from Abilene Christian University with a degree in Psychology, he attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. After law school, Adam started his practice at one of the most prestigious law firms in Texas, representing international corporations and institutions in high-stakes disputes. Adam has continued his practice at mid-size firms, representing businesses and individuals in mediations, arbitrations and trials worth millions of dollars. He also has significant experience in probate issues and business transactions, including drafting and reviewing documents for businesses, including real estate sales and leases, oil & gas participation agreements, and commercial contracts.
Adam started Looney Law with the goal of bringing trustworthy, practical, and personalized legal counsel to businesses and individuals at affordable prices.
Adam lives in Spring, Texas with his wife and three children.
