Being a Military retired disabled Veteran I owned my own small Roofing company No Salesman, No Secretaries, Just Me and the customers. I have a A+ reputation and A rating on the BBB 5 Stars on Google Reviews, I was dealing with a Frivolous Lawsuit the client was trying to get free roofs for 7 of his ...rent houses by suing me for work that he didn't pay me for after i completed his roof for at Cost price. His promise to do his 7 rent houses was a rouge. This Lawsuit has been going on for seven years and my first attorney did nothing and filed nothing but it cost me 6 K . Well let me just stop you now and say Art is hands down the best, lawyer I have ever worked with. He is honest and up front with expectations. From the first phone call I felt good... about Art’s knowledge on construction law and the possibilities with our scenario. We had an initial, in-person consultation that went well and we were told exactly what to expect. A few months later we won our lawsuit thanks to Art and his team. I was having the worst time in my life , im going to try to explain the most on a few words ,,,, so I'm a owner of a family mechanic shop and after working hard for the last 15 years we finally bought our own land and we decided to build a small building to start our own mechanic shop so we hired a b...uilding metal contractor to build this project and unfortunately one of their employees fell down form the metal frame the paramedics come to my property and supposedly everything was okay " but after like 6 months I received a letter where this employee of the company I hired was sued me I was totally in shock because I was never involved on a legal process so I tried to looked for the best lawyers in Austin , Georgetown and surrounding areas but unfortunately no one want to take my case ,,, why ??
