Jeremy Sean Romoser

Jermey Romoser was recommended by a friend. He listened to everything I needed for my divorce & made a plan to swiftly resolve the case. Anytime that I had a question or concern I received a speedy response not only from Mr. Romoser but his office staff as well. At all times I was Informed of the o...ther party signing his end of our paperwork, timelines & future proceedings. While in court Mr. Romoser made sure I was Comfortable with what we were about to speak to the judge about & he was very positive, poised & professional. I would hire him again & recommend his services to others.

Mr. Romoser assisted me in a case for joint custody for my step daughter (Never Married). Going into the battle, I was extremely nervous; from the first meeting he assured me that I had a valid case and it should work out in our favor. He has gone above and beyond and even met with me during hours he... was off, to accommodate with my work schedule. A lot of times when dealing with legal matters, one can become nervous, but Mr. Romoser always had a refreshing smile and stood with confidence which in return gave me the confidence to keep on going! Today I can proudly say that because of him I no longer have to worry about my daughter randomly being taken away from me. I can represent her at the doctors office and at school without worrying about other parents not being responsible enough to do so. Me and my two girls have our happily ever after and it’s all thanks to Mr. Romoser!!

In my experience, he is a compassionate, dedicated, likable person. However, in family court he was trounced by opposing council as well as the judge. Opportunities for "objections" were missed due to what I can only assume was his lack of experience. Testimony was admitted that should been object...ed to immediately. I liked him so much personally, I didn't use better judgement in securing a more experienced attorney. I paid for it in an unsatisfactory verdict, and the impression of incompetence in my representation.

My lawyer went above and beyond for me. I am incredibly grateful for the time and commitment he put into my case. He was very open and easy to communicate with. He took the time to hear everything I wanted to say, and explained everything I didn't understand or needed clarification on. Not only was h...e more than cooperative, he somehow managed to work out my speeding ticket (going 97 in a 60) with the general attorney to getting a deferral and paying off the ticket which is pretty much unheard of when going that far over the speed limit. He managed the impossible, and I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of help and a lawyer.

Sadly, after having a very bad experience with an attorney in the past, I was skeptical and fearful about hiring one again. However, Mr. Romoser was clearly an exception and has made me a believer again. He is smart,he is honest and made things as comfortable as possible in such an unfortunate sit...uation. In the end, he fought hard and had clearly done more homework than the opposing counsel. He took personal responsibility for mine and my children's lives and it was evident. I am forever thankful to him for helping me navigate a very scary time in my life and helping me secure a better more peaceful life for me and my kids.
