I hired this attorney for my divorce a few years ago...that was the biggest mistake I could have made. Not only did he not appear to really care what was happening, or what I was asking for, but he spent the majority of the time we were in court laughing like a child with the opposing attorney! Then ...he had would come and tell me what my ex husband was asking for, and when I said no (which I had EVERY right to) he would act like I was wasting his time and he had more important things to do. By the end of my divorce, he had agreed, without my knowledge, for me to remain in the same county, unable to move away from my ex husband and his family, and we have the most screwed up custody agreement you can imagine. Its been almost 4 years, and I'm still trying to clean up the mess he left me with. At the end of my court hearing, he didn't even speak to me, but boldly walked out of the court house with my EX-HUSBAND AND HIS ATTORNEY! Needless to say, I will NEVER step foot back into his office for anything.
