My case was a very difficult case to win. I was fighting a 7 year old a horrible custody order. Robert's firm and team (John Herbig) was instrumental in securing custody for me. They were very detailed with the modification agreement. They suggested the best Amicus and Mediator to handle our case due... to the difficulty. John went line by line with me on the modification agreement and made sure that all the wording was in a way I wouldn't get penalized in the end. I am forever grateful for the way my case was handled with this firm!

Robert and Maria are a great working team. They have handled two cases for me thus far. On both occasions I have had great experience with Robert. He has keep me updated on what was coming up while I was offshore working and at home. Robert was great at advising me with all legal matters involving my... children my property and my finances. There advisement on any legal terms that I did not understand what it was impeccable. I would recommend Robert Rosenquest as an attorney for anybody he was great.

Robert Rosenquist is a well informed family attorney. He has blessed our family with his knowledge and superior skills twice now. His ability to communicate and explain the legal options and ramifications for both sides of my cases was incredible. When he is unavailable during various times for court... etc. his highly competent staff is always available to fill in. We suggest his team to anyone we know is looking for legal help! It was like he was working for the other party in my divorce case. He didn't keep us informed and we ended up doing all the work for him. My temporary orders weren't done correctly, and we're very sloppy, he was rude, and hateful in emails when he's called our about not getting done what he promised.... He might've been a good attorney for someone else, but my experience was awful, and over $4,000.00 later, I'm having to have another attorney fix what he screwed up. We paid in full everything up front, and at the last minute he said he'd have to have another $5,000.00 or he wasn't doin another thing for us. He didn't give a care in the world about my child or my family at all. And I'm still waiting for his secretary, Maria, to return my phone call since June..guess she's still "in a meeting". Look elsewhere for an attorney with a backbone, he will NOT fight for you and it's all about dollar signs for this little man. Hope this review helps others before they make the mistake I did by hiring Robert Rosenquist.
