Robert Gardale Hatley

Gardale Hatley was raised in Lampasas, Texas and moved to Montgomery County more than 15 years ago. He focuses his practice primarily in Montgomery, Harris, and the surrounding counties.

Prior to Palmore Hatley, Gardale was a solo practitioner working in Family Law, CPS litigation, and Estate Planning. Before that Gardale worked for five years as a Prosecutor with the Special Prosecution Unit for the State of Texas. During that time he worked primarily as a litigator taking more than 25 cases through to a successful jury verdict as a lead prosecutor and assisting on dozens more.

Gardale also authored numerous appeals and aided in the redrafting of specific provisions of the Texas Health and Safety Code. He has also participated in the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) and made presentations on the prosecution of sex offenders, the use of technology in the courtroom, and jury selection.

Mr. Hatley graduated from Texas A&M University and then worked for Young Life, a Christian Ministry to High School students.

After Young Life Gardale attended the South Texas College of Law in Houston where he was a member of the South Texas Law Review.

Gardale went to law school to help people and to make a client’s interaction with the judicial process comfortable and successful. He uses his experience as a litigator to be both an advocate and a problem solver.

Gardale is married and has four wonderful kids.
