My ex refused to sign the documents required for my child's passport. The orders state he is required to sign these documents within 5 days of being given them. I gave them to him on 1/28/26. He refused, because he is a miserable person. I gave it time before filing an enforcement. The enforcemen...t was filed over a month later, requiring me to change my travel plans from April 2026 to August 2026. This was a simple issue to handle. When this issue got in front of Kelly Norsworthy, she refused to hear the enforcement, after being told that this was to have one last vacation with my father, my child's grandfather. Not only was time an issue, I am in nursing school, and it was relayed to the court I don't have the time or the money for numerous trips to the courthouse. Kelly Norsworthy stated "well just miss class." I am paying $100k for a nursing degree from Baylor University. I am a single mother. Telling me, when all parties were present for an enforcement on an issue that should have been handled in 5 days, to "skip class" is absolutely reckless. It is reckless with time, money, and the best interest of my son. Kelly Norsworthy went on to reset the enforcement from March - July 2026, never hearing the enforcement, to this day August 2026 I do not have the passport. I missed the opportunity to have the memories with my father. I can not express the horror I have in this woman's actions.
