Let start off saying that I got arrested for Burglary of habitation which is a felony class 2 case. My very first offense. Since February I have been resetting my court date because I wanted this case dismissed. Well Andrew MARTIN finally heard me out after I told him what I wanted done to my case an...d just like that he got it done. I am truly grateful because I was upset that I had to go through this misunderstanding and my job was jeopardized because of it. I gained my freedom back and now I don’t have to worry about this anymore and a huge thanks to my lawyer he is awesome!

My step-son went to trial three weeks ago on an indecency with a child case with no contact with this court appointed failure. There was evidence to prove my step-son was innocent but Mr. Martin did nothing to get that evidence to present to the jury. He made no objections to the case nor did he tr...y to fight for my son's freedom. He is a very poor excuse for an attorney and I strongly suggest you stay away from this guy. He will let the DA and judge have their way with your life and freedom. It is my belief that most court appointed attorneys do not care about the people they represent. Those that do are rare. Mr. Martin is one of the ones that do not care. my son is innocent and Mr. Martin tossed him to the wolves to be eaten alive to the tune of 10 years in TDCJ.
