Craig Edward Stone

Mr. Stone's practice focuses on all aspects of trademark law and other related areas of intellectual property, including, issues concerning social media, sponsorships, privacy, software development, procurement, licensing, enforcement of brand rights, and patent litigation. While in private practice, his past trademark and intellectual property representations include: The Coca-Cola Company, Houston Astros, United Parcel Service of America, Inc. (UPS), Chevron, Cooper Industries, Igloo Products Corp., Sephora, AMC (TV), Yum Brands, and ConocoPhillips. Mr. Stone is currently a member of INTA's Pro Bono Committee (2014-15) and involved in various mentoring and community volunteer programs throughout Texas.
