Ineffective Assistance Of Counsel
He represented me and had me sign a felony deferred upon my release from county over a year later having hired him from day one. I went to get a copy of my letter of dispostion where it clearly stated my judge grant this case to be tried as a misdermenor. I would Not hire him for any family matter. ...
