Sounds like Fraud. Don’t pay. Any legit collector gladly provides an address. 4- year stature of limitations deadline to sue.

The statute of limitations in Texas is 4 years so don’t pay it. Extremely unlikely they will sue but if they do, you must plead that the claim id...
