Anything you acquire during marriage is presumed to be community property and 50% hers whether you are separated or not.

If they don’t pay you what they owe you on time, report it to the TWC. They aren’t required by law to give you any notice.

No. They could take a judgment against you but your homestead is protected. File a declaration of homestead form with the county tax office or CAD.
