Excellent YOUNG Man. I was referred to him by a Friend. For starters he is very mannerable & has a sense of humor . I definitely like the fact that he returns phone calls. During the time that he was handling a case for a family member of mine; I called several times & each time he returned my calls ...when he had a moment to do so. He showed sincere concern to me for my case. Hopefully I will never need an attorney again in this lifetime; but should the need arise, Mr Carl Moore will be THE MAN that I will contact.

He charged me 28,000 for a felony charged always getting late to court say he will try to dismissed he never done nothing about my son case. He will not returned any phone calls. I pay him 28,000 believing my son case was gonna get dismissed or work something out for him but no . I dont recommend him... to any one maybe for small cases that any other attorney. An do.

I had a case for compelling prostitution I originally had another lawyer who was trying get me to sign for 25 years which is the minimum the DA would offer or go to trial. When I hired Carl he immediately told me this will be tough but we ain’t settling for no 25 years amd we going for dismissal!!! T...hroughout the process Carl amd his office keep you updated on everything concerning your case when previous lawyer I had to hunt down and wasn’t working for me! Later the DA added a trafficking charge. Not once did Carl say we going plea out he still said we going for the dismissal!!! To Make a long story short Carl was able to get me 10 years probation when the DA was threatening me with 25 years or got o trial. This is the same time when anyone with my type of case was only getting double digit years of jail time!!! His approach to beating the case instead of pleaing out is the greatest about him. He does not take plea deal unless it is the last resort even then he would get the case dismissed in trial!!! I highly recommend Carl Moore!

Carl Moore is the best lawyer in Houston. I caught I major felony charge and he got it dropped down to a misdemeanor with time severed. I didn’t have to do any jail time. He took on my case and got straight to business. Didn’t give me the run around and every time I called with any questions or conce...rns he answered. Seriously he the best in Houston!
