Mr. Afanassiev "fixed" my sister's and mine immigration status. First time I met him I was desperate! My sister had been deported and I can give you a list of attorneys in Houston that just took my money and messed even more the situation. Mr. Afanassiev came with a solution that any other attorney... had told me before. My sister's situation was reverted and she was able to recover her visa. He also helped me to get my GC and my citizenship ! My family and I will never have enough words of thanks...GREAT ATTORNEY !

He has been a blessing to me and my family. He assisted my sister back in 2006. He then assisted me in 2008 with my case. My case was more complicated but he worked hard and we were able to get my residency card. Finally in 2012 I became a U.S. citizen thanks to him!! That same year he also helped my... parents...he pushed the paperwork through and they are now permanent residents. We couldn't have done it without him and the support of his staff. I believe he truly understands immigrants because he is one himself. Being a Russian native working and permanently living here gives him a better insight to all the struggles we (immigrants) go through.
