My father has been dealing with OWCP since 1974. He was notified at age 76, and after more than 40 years, that his OWCP benefits were being terminated. Not only was this overwhelming, it was was extremely complicated as my father had lost his wife (my mother) after more than 50 years of marriage an...d he depended on her for just about everything.
