We hired his services to help file a family member's papers. We had to constantly call them for updates. There was an issue with the papers. Needless to say, it was denied. We could have filed an appeal had they not dropped the ball. They waited too late to inform us of the time period to appeal. By... the time we were informed, the deadline passed already. I am very disappointed with the way they handled the case and the lack of communication to their clients.
