Hector A. Chavana Jr.

Hector A. Chavana Jr. is a Houston attorney, licensed Texas real estate broker, and native Spanish speaker who focuses his practice on real estate litigation, property disputes, business litigation, and civil litigation.

Mr. Chavana was born and raised in Houston and graduated from the University of Houston Honors College before attending South Texas College of Law Houston, where he graduated third in his class and received numerous academic scholarships and awards. His legal scholarship on Texas real estate and consumer issues was published by the Journal of Consumer and Commercial Law.

In addition to practicing law, Mr. Chavana has been involved in the Texas real estate industry for nearly two decades as a licensed real estate agent and broker. This combination of legal and real estate experience allows him to provide practical guidance in disputes involving title issues, adverse possession, ownership claims, liens, owner-financing disputes, partition actions, probate-related property disputes, boundary disputes, and other real estate litigation matters.
