I paid this guy to commence a lawsuit. I had to write my own Petition which he took to file the lawsuit and he incorrectly spelled my name and the defendent's in the filed papers. Then he couldn't locate the defendent for many months although I was able to do so by a simple internet search. Then h...e wasted time obtaining substitute service on the defendent's known abode, which gave the defendent time to change addresses. This meant more months delay before being able to serve papers again. This attorney didn't respond to my emails and telephone calls, he didn't arrange meetings to discuss the case but he did take an upfront retainer amounting to a large sum of money (for which he provided no accounting of his time and expenses on the case).
