Aaron Kevin Bender

Aaron Bender is a versatile attorney who delivers favorable results for his clients. Trained in the art of written and oral advocacy, Aaron digests complex legal issues and effectively communicates them to judges, juries, and adversaries. These skills, along with his attention to detail and competitive drive to outwork his opponents, have helped Aaron recover millions for his clients over the course of his career.

Aaron has dedicated his career to exclusively representing plaintiffs. Before joining Armstrong & Lee LLP, Aaron gained extensive experience litigating a wide variety of matters, ranging from insurance and breach-of-contract disputes to product defect and premises liability actions. He has tried cases in both state and federal courts in Texas. Aaron’s clients have trusted him to guide them from pre-litigation negotiations to trial and, if necessary, on appeal.

During law school, Aaron competed as an oral advocate and brief writer for South Texas College of Law’s nationally acclaimed advocacy program. Aaron won multiple best brief awards, as well as regional and state championships on behalf of his school. In recognition of his written and oral advocacy, Aaron was inducted into both the Order of Barristers and the National Order of Scribes.

Aaron is a Beaumont, Texas native and currently lives in Houston, Texas.
