Anthony Charbel Choueifati

Even with 30 years experience as a senior executive in retail operations, I required legal support in guidance in establishing corporate entities for my new business, along with navigating all of the documents involved with franchise agreements, loan documents, real estate documents/leases, and other... various contracts and agreements necessary to run the business. Anthony made the process very easy, and built a corporate entity (including a relationship with a supporting accounting firm) to maximize my personal exposure to risk, and to minimize my tax liabilities. The creation of the corporate entities (including the addition of new stores over the last number of years) has been easy and quick to complete. Anthony asks good questions to understand exactly what you are trying to accomplish when working on projects, and has a good eye for detail when the other parties are trying to change documents that may not be in your best interest. I was a novice going into this self-employed world back in 2015, and I would consider myself an expert at this after working with Anthony. I have recommended a number of people to him over the last couple of years, and will continue to do so moving forward. I have worked with attorneys in the past that were more concerned about "billable hours" than actually getting the job completed, and at no point in time have I every felt that when I worked with Anthony on a project.
