Amber Lynn Smith Willingham

Attorney Amber L. Willingham is an accomplished bankruptcy attorney practicing in Katy and serving clients throughout Harris, Waller, Lamar, and Fort Bend counties. She has 17 years of experience in bankruptcy of law to put to work for her clients.

Born in Texas but raised in Oklahoma, Amber attended Oklahoma City University as an undergraduate and earned her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1995. While interning for a bankruptcy firm in law school, Amber realized she had found her niche. She has enjoyed a long and successful career in all facets of bankruptcy law, serving creditors, tax agencies, and individuals alike. She previously worked for the Oklahoma Tax Commission’s bankruptcy department and for various Chapter 13 trustees throughout Texas. Amber is a member of the Texas Bar, the Bankruptcy Section of the Texas Bar Association, and is licensed in the Southern District of Texas.
