I regret getting this lawyer for my husband who is still currently in an immigration detention, he has been there since December and seems like this attorney just abandoned the case, as much as we tried to get into contact with him so he could explain what was going on with the pending case he answe...rs us with “ I can’t look into the case if you keep calling everyday , i’ll do it whenever I have time might be today might be tomorrow. The only reason we call everyday is because we aren’t getting any answers just like he’s frustrated we are too it’s not fair that this lawyer isn’t answering any of our questions nor is he doing anything to speed up my husbands deportation, he is rude he talks to us like we don’t understand what he says , as if we don’t know anything like he’s superior to us which is not professional at all!

I have been working for Mr. Caballero for the past almost three years and I really enjoy it here. Mr. Caballero is a nice man. He is understandable and flexible with your work hours . He does have a temper (like any other boss or owner of his own business). In the beginning when I started working for... him, I would make mistakes and he would obviously address them to me in a sternly matter. (Of course I didn't like it lol) but NOW it's rare when he scolds me about anything. I have adapted to work environment here and hope to stay here for as long as I'm needed. Hopefully until he retires The time that I've been here as a receptionist, I've heard current clients have conversations between each other and it's so true: "El abogado tiene un geniooo pero te dice las cosas como son .. al chile .. y es muy buen abogado... y por eso lo recomiendo mucho con amistades y familiares" ... TRANSLATION "the attorney has a short temper BUT he tells you things straight up about your case .. and he is a very knowledgeable and good lawyer.. that is why I recommend him with family and friends" I've heard it plenty of times. And he gets a lot of referrals as well.

Mario Explained the Case To me before i hired him and yes i had to give some money Down as is normal with any attorney that takes your case but he did worked with me on payment plan and yes he might have been a little bit late due to other cases which he was attending to but he never let me down and ...if i ever need another attorney to be on my side Mario is the man no matter what anyone says about him.

Everyone that has reviewed this lawyer negatively, i totally agree. My husband and I hired this lawyer through another so called lawyer that is as much or worse as he is. Both of them pretty much lured us on how they were going to take care of our Immigration issue. The other guy calls himself FITU a...nd sadly we fell for it. This lawyer was disrespectful and had no proper way to communicate things to you. he talks to you like you are a kid and lets not talk about how he treats his staff. His staff gets screamed at in front of his clients. Every time I would call I would be put on hold for a long time, hanged up on, and never transferred over to the correct person. Once my case was denied due to his piece of garbage work all he said was " well that's it they denied it sorry" Are you serious? How can you play with peoples lives like that? We spent $2,500 and a waste of time with this guy valuable time. It was a total disaster I hope one day he is stopped for stealing peoples money and not putting any effort into their cases.

When i first called to make an appointment everything sounded okay over the phone. i came in a spoke with a lady who gave me information about the divorce. i made sure i wrote down everything i was being told. The second time i came into the office i was able to speak with Mario Caballero. He seem ve...ry unprofessional when i spoke to him. I did not like the way he talked to me. The way he spoke with me was if i was a 3 year old who had no clue what was going on. i would ask him questions and he would go around what i was trying to ask and when i tried to repeat what was said to make sure i understood correctly instead of correcting me he would shake his had and take a deep breath in as if i was wasting his time which in fact he was wasting MY time and money. When he told me the amount i had to pay upfront i was confused because his assistant told me a different amount. Instead of apoligizing about the misunderstanding he told me i was wrong and that whoever told me was incorrect and that i had to pay the amount he was telling me. When i told him it was his assistant that told me he kept telling me i was wrong because she knows exactly the amount to pay upfront for a divorce. I was very upset at the way he spoke to me. The women he has working for him are very slow with acknowleding people that walk in the office and some do not speak at all. instead they are on their cell phones texting or talking to eachother. Carla is also very unprofessional. if you have an assistant who should be calling back customers with important information you should make sure they do so. i am very very very upset with the service of this "law office". i have wasted my time in pursuing anything with this law office and i have wasted money when i could have taken my case else where. i definetly do not recommend this office to anyone.
