Frederick Joseph Wagner

 Frederick J. Wagner is a Mediator and Attorney at Law who has been practicing in the Houston-Galveston area for over 22 years.  He has been licensed in the State of Texas since 1993, and is also licensed in the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Districts Courts of the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.    Mr. Wagner has previously worked for firms specializing in tort litigation defense, representing individuals, companies, and carriers.  Among his areas of practice were premises liability, products liability, transportation related claims, and general negligence involving personal injury and wrongful death.  He has also represented companies in toxic tort claims, and has handled bad faith suits.  Mr. Wagner received his certification as a mediator from the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center, and since opening his own practice, has concentrated on mediation of civil disputes, in the areas in which he has practiced.
