I would highly recommend Samuel Whitley! I could not be happier with Whitley LLP Attorney at Law! Samuel helped me set up my investment fund, which was a lot more in depth then I originally thought. He was very quick to respond to emails. He walked me through each document so I would be able to expla...in them to my clients. I originally thought about using templates that I found online but I am extremely happy that I did not and decided to go with Samuel! With everything else that it takes to get an investment fund up and running, this was one less thing I had to worry about.
