H. Mark Burck

Mark Burck has continued to expand his insurance defense practice. Mr. Burck is Board Certified in Personal Trial Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Burck practices primarily in personal injury, including defense of individuals and corporations on behalf of liability carriers and handles coverage-related opinions and litigation. Mr. Burck’s primary area of practice is transportation cases, including truck drivers and truck companies, those involved in interstate commerce and local carriers. He handles cases involving all types of vehicles – cars, wreckers, and trucks.
