My 6 year will expire February, 2013. Last year, they filed PERM and was denied. Next week, they will again file my PERM

I agree with my colleague. You could recapture time you spend outside of the U.S. to extend your H-1b.

You have to check the expiration date on your I-94, not B1/2 visa.
