The letters from the clients are very important in your case. You need to work with the prospective employer's attorney.

You are not eligible for the 8th year extension. if your certified PERM application is not expired, you can file another I-140.

You can file an I751 divorce waiver based on good faith marriage, and you have to have strong evidence and documents to prove that your marriage...
