At least you would like to consult with an attorney. As a spouse of the U.S. citizen, you have several option to become a permanent resident.

I agree with my colleague. You have to find out why USCIS denied the COS application.
For EB2 with an MBA and one year of experience (CPT) in the company that wants to hire me how should the offer and salary look ?

Once your OPT expire, you can not work until USCIS approves the H-1B. You can request for premium process service.
