1. Yes. Your wife has to ask the employer A to withdraw the pending H-1B petition if she wish to maintain L2 status.
2. It can be done.

My doubt is while calculating six years for H1B visa whether my stay outside usa (1 year) will be included or not

The time you spend the outside of the U.S. won't be counted toward your 6 year limit. However, you have to recapture the time by filing a H-1B...

Hi, As long as you maintain a valid H-1B status, you should be able to bring your spouse under H-4 to the U.S.

The original I-130 was automatically revoked when you married. Your father can file a new I-130 for you.
