I agree with my colleague. You are subject to 10 year bar, and you need a waiver.

Your fiance is not allowed to apply for a K-1 visa if the marriage already occurred.

Only USCIS can revoke the approved I-140 for fraud or misrepresentation. You can retain the original priority date. Your new employer has to start...
