OUTCOME: Settled with the restaurant for $1,675,000 and obtained a judgment against the drunk driver for $4,580,423.51.

We represented the Plaintiffs in a wrongful death case against a drunk driver who ran over Jerry Zabodyn as well as a Dram Shop case against the restaurant who served the driver before the accident.
