Biography
Prior to forming Kuiper Law Firm, Mr. Kuiper was engaged in private practice in Houston, with a primary focus on oil and gas law. Mr. Kuiper’s practice focuses on Oil, Gas, & Mineral Law in Texas, focusing on rendering title opinions on numerous types of issues, including mineral and leasehold ownership, contract negotiation, mergers and acquisition, community leases, and pooling and lease acquisitions of state and privately owned land in Texas. Some of his recent transactional work includes representing both buyers and sellers in the sale of oil and gas properties in Texas and other oil and gas producing states Mr. Kuiper also has experience with real estate and probate matters.
Mr. Kuiper has made Texas his home since 2006 after serving in the United States Marine Corps. He is a member of various professional landmen organizations, including AAPL, HAPL, WHAPL, and NHAPL.
