Adam Wilson Fomby

Adam Fomby is a founding partner of the Borunda & Fomby PLLC and focuses his practice on complex civil litigation. He has extensive experience with a wide variety of cases and clients, representing clients ranging from large corporations to individuals who have been wrongfully injured. He has handled countless trials, hearings, depositions, appellate briefs and oral argument, and a wide variety of other contested matters before the court. Put simply, Mr. Fomby has experience in every aspect of the litigation process, from the initial consultation all the way through Trial and Appeal, in both State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Fomby's doggedness and tenacity in the courtroom has garnered him a reputation in the legal community throughout the State of Texas as a lawyer who will fight tooth and nail to get the result his clients deserve.
