I was very unfamiliar with divorce preceedings (37 years of marriage) and the legal process. Thomas made me feel very comfortable and confident. He listened to me so he better understood my situation. He respected my feelings and the sensitive issues I was dealing with. He was very knowledgeable about the law and the proceedings and he educated me along the way. He kept me informed and always answered all of my questions even if it was after office hours. He was on top of the issues quickly, professionally and efficiently. Our opposing counsel was far less professional and cooperative. Mr Smith continued to be the professional person and knowledgeable attorney he is by knowing and following the law and always being prepared with my case.
