Work with engineering and marketing groups to identify intellectual property assets (e.g., patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets), prepare formal documents for filing and registering the assets in the U.S. and in other jurisdictions, interact with intellectual property offices throughout the world to obtain the registrations and granted rights, perform freedom-to-practice reviews for new products, and review the landscape of competitor intellectual property assets.

Draft, review, revise, and negotiate non-disclosure, non-competition, supply, purchasing, development, service, and numerous other types of agreements and contracts.

Draft, review, revise, and negotiate licensing arrangements and agreements, primarily with respect to intellectual property assets.
