H4 NOT valid, you changed it to F1. Again, you need an immigration attorney.

if you only have a green card you should not leave the u.s. with a felony on your record. see an immigration attorney with the conviction records.

if this is just for a green card it is fraud and marriage fraud is a felony and you can both do prison time if prosecuted. It's not worth it. let...
