no, he needed to be under 18 when you became a u.s. citizen. he needs to file N400 for citizenship since he did not automatically get it through...

you can change status in the u.s. as long as your I-94 has not expired. you should really work with an immigration attorney on this case.

1. he will be placed in removal proceedings. the other questions are not black and white questions and it varies.

that's not correct. she can file I-130 and you must wait outside the u.s. until you can get the green card. you cannot get a k4 visa.
