Most judges will vacate the dismissal if you pay. You may need to file a Motion vacate the dismissal.

The manufacturer for my gun says only 6 live rounds can fit in the mag. Police was givin the gun with 6 live rounds in it.

You need to get a criminal lawyer. You can probably defend this but you will need a lawyer.

You need to pay it. Otherwise, you may get a warrant issued. Is it worth the risk for a parking ticket?

It might be better to take this to the family court and file a contempt action because he is not agreeing to the terms in the divorce decree.
