Eleanor Beavers Haynes

Attorney Haynes is simply put - AWESOME! We found her through our insurance plan but that didn't stop her from doing her job and being an amazingly decent human being. We called her to get advice on a real estate transaction. My husband and I were already on different sides of the matter but that ...didn't stop her from throwing her hands up and saying "I don't get paid for this." She acted like a neutral party and being a bankruptcy expert, asked questions to understand both my husband and my side. She then went above and beyond and spoke with our realtor to get the facts from her and set her straight and asked why they were forcing things that weren't in our best interest when they should be our advocates as well. She made us realize the power was with us as the sellers. Being in the situation we were in, she gave us her advice, told us to think it through, call the realtors back and then she would talk to us in an hour. I fully expected to call her but no, she called a minute before the hour was up and followed up. She then offered to look at the contract to ensure if we went the route we were thinking, would we be held liable and what timeframe we needed to stick to. When the email wasn't going through to her, she called me back to let me know and confirm and then was on the phone with her providers to figure out why the email wasn't going through instead of saying she didn't have it. She then followed up after she saw the contract too!!! After all was said and then, we called her up the following day and she talked to us again and it was a Friday! On Friday, she had referred us to another attorney who specialized in real estate as our situation was getting even more mucky. She called us back on Monday because her office told her we had called on Friday - this is after she had already referred us. I know she felt like she was abandoning us on Friday, however, due to her advice, we were able to sell our house where both my husband and I weren't at ends. She gave us some real life lessons that I will be sticking to. I know this is a lengthy review, however, it doesn't do justice to how amazing of a woman Attorney Haynes is. She could have done with a few other attorneys did and spent a minute of her time to give an out of the box answer and go about her day. She didn't do that because she is an attorney to ensure people have the power they rightfully deserve and are treated correctly. Not many people in the world do this let alone attorneys who are able and willing to go above and beyond. Kudos to her! You won't go wrong if you hire her. She will have your back and she will fight for you!
