My brother got 2 felony drug possession charges in a drug-free zone (which means he would have to do 5 years flat before he could get out of prison) I called Don Becker & explained to him what happen & he was very confident he could get them down to misdemeanors. So while my brother was out on bond h...e got arrested for 3 more felonies 5 months later! He was charged w/robbery, aggravated assault w/a deadly weapon, & felon in possession of weapon. My brother already having a previous felony conviction and 12 other arrest on his record was looking @ 25 years to life! Don stayed on the case & kept me informed all the way he let me know what my brothers chances were if we went to trial & what a jury might & might not do but ultimately let me & my brother know we were the bosses. BEWARE OF DON BECKER BEWARE of DON D. BECKER 4-08-09 He was given money to represent me on a matter of child support regarding non payments. He didn't ever file nor has he to this day. Then I contacted him on antoher mattier because my son was not returned from Spring Break from his visit with his... father. Don Becker was supposed to file contempt of court. It has been almost 3 weeks since my son was in school and still he has not filed the paperwork. Don't waste your time with him find a REAL attorney that cares. I am reporting him to the State Bar for not doing his job.
