Steve Woods is a real estate and business law attorney licensed in Texas. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy in 1994, followed by a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University in 1998. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Tech University in 2002, where he served on the Texas Tech Law Review for two years and graduated cum laude.
Steve has years of experience managing business issues, including commercial real estate transactions, real estate finance, commercial leasing, and corporate transactions. He is also experienced in dispute resolution, including complex litigation. Steve has represented a wide variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, major national banks, local and national real estate developers, as well as local business owners. His representative transactions include $25M+ multi-family sales and acquisitions, $100M+ commercial construction financing, a $4M strip center sale, big box and small business leasing from both landlord and tenant side, as well as work on $300M+ secured credit facilities.
Steve is a retired United States Air Force officer, having served more than 20 years on both active duty and in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.
