William Stewart Echols

Will Echols grew up in the small North-Central Texas town of Breckenridge. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University in College Station, Will spent time working with the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Agriculture. After leaving the committee, Will received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Texas Tech University School of Law, and was a published writer and distinguished advocate within the law school, receiving honors for a top article in the Estate Planning and Community Property law journal as well as the J. Hadley Edgar Distinguished Trial Advocate.

Will’s practice focuses on both representative and transactional real estate, asset protection, and business related matters including formation, development, and regulatory compliance. He has been involved with real estate, financial, and business transactions as well as regulatory compliance matters, general and commercial civil litigation, and strategic asset protection planning. Will is available for consult in Houston during business hours, and Dallas and Breckenridge, Texas by appointment.
