Jennifer Bonds Cabrera is a native Houstonian. She began her career at an AmLaw Top 100 firm where she practiced commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury, and civil appellate law. She has represented clients in a wide array of cases involving complex business disputes, dangerous and defective products, premises liability, family law, unfair competition and trade secrets, and more.
While in law school, Jennifer competed as part of the nationally-renowned advocacy program at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas, where she won regional, state, and national championships on behalf of her school. She also won individual briefing and speaking awards, including the overall best advocate at the national level of the National Appellate Advocacy Competition, the largest and most prestigious moot court tournament in the country.
Jennifer serves as the instructor for the University of Houston Downtown’s Advanced Paralegal Certificate Program in Personal Injury Law as well as an Appellate Advocacy Coach at South Texas College of Law.
